The Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) is announcing the availability for public review and comment on proposed amendments to the State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) for Federal Fiscal Years 2017 to 2021. The proposed amendments are a compilation of statewide highway actions as advanced by MassDOT.
